Terms

Terms are NET 30 days, no cash discount, F.O.B. destination, and payable in U.S. dollars or their equivalent.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is $14.95 plus shipping and handling.

Personal Orders

All personal orders must be prepaid. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Please provide credit card number, expiration date, and signature.

International Orders

For international orders, please contact us for Terms of Sale and available shipping methods to your location. All billing will be in U.S. dollars. Generally, goods are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. You will be charged 5% of the total product purchase price.

Shipping and Handling

Charges are ten percent of total order, with a $4.00 minimum.

Money-Back Guarantee

Use our resources in your school for 30 days, and if for any reason during that time you feel they aren’t well worth the price paid, return them in a salable condition with a note telling us why. You’ll receive a prompt, complete product credit or refund. Please call (877) 201-3570 for an authorization number and for procedures before returning.

No-Hassle Returns

If anything is wrong with the products you purchased, you must return them within 30 days of receipt for a credit or refund. Please call (877) 201-3570 for an authorization number and for procedures before returning. To credit your account, we require a copy of your packing slip or invoice. Without this, we cannot process your credit or refund. Products returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cambium Learning (NY) requires that all products be returned in new and saleable condition, properly packaged, and free from damage.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping. Returned goods must be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx); do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service. All returned materials must be in salable condition. Please take care to package returns carefully so that they are not damaged in transit.
