REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO USE CAMBIUM LEARNING CONTENT IN ELECTRONIC/DIGITAL FORMAT

Reprint Policy:

We typically receive two to three permission requests each week for the more than 1000 titles that we publish. While each is considered individually, we have some general guidelines for the amount and type of material we generally will grant permission to use. These are:

1. No more than a total of 6 pages (or 5% of a small book) from a single publication
2. No more than 500 words on any topic
3. No instruments, tables, charts, figures, or diagrams if they are a fundamental part of the content.

We also require a very specific credit line to be printed for each permission granted. Our primary consideration is that reproduction or adaptation of the material in question will not negatively affect the sales of our product. In fact, we hope that by gaining greater exposure, the sales of our product will be enhanced. We charge the requestor a fee of $500.00 for requests where the material will be used in a product sold for profit.
